(Although the abrasiveness of this product falls well below the recommended levels, when it comes to activated charcoal for teeth whitening, discretion is advised.  Although rare, people have reported teeth erosion due to the overuse of charcoal.  We also suggest you consider maybe smearing the product on your teeth instead of brushing it on, if you are concerned with erosion.
